  • The July 23 attempt was scrubbed for weather, so the frozen on-or-before-July-23 launch prediction resolved FALSE and the July 23 scrub prediction resolved TRUE. SpaceX launched Flight 13 from Starbase at 6:51 p.m. ET on July 24.
  • Starship completed ascent and deployed 20 next-generation Starlink V3 satellites. The payloads were test vehicles on a suborbital trajectory rather than an operational orbital batch, but the deployment itself satisfied the frozen prediction's literal first-payload milestone.
  • The ship completed the planned in-space Raptor relight and then executed a controlled, soft Indian Ocean splashdown, remaining intact and afloat at the end of the webcast.
  • All four objectives named in the frozen full-mission prediction — ascent, V3 deployment, in-space relight, and controlled ship splashdown — succeeded. SPCX: treat the successful ship mission as positive operating evidence, not a valuation signal. The stock fell 1.36% in the first post-flight session; that negative close is consistent with valuation, cash-burn, and share-supply concerns remaining active, but it does not identify their causal weights. Keep the existing guardrails intact and do not attribute the entire move to one flight.

RKLB: no Flight 13 trade. RKLB rose 4.74%, resolving prediction #8 TRUE but running opposite the clean-success scenario's mild-negative direction. One session does not change Neutron's Q4 2026 execution thesis or establish Flight 13 as the cause.

The July 23 scrub condition fired, but the delay was weather-driven and lasted one day. Do not interpret it as renewed Raptor-reliability evidence; the July 16 engine-ignition abort and the Flight 13 booster landing-burn miss remain the relevant propulsion-execution evidence.
