Refund Policy

Theta Research sells digital access periods. Refunds are reviewed case by case and are intended for payment mistakes or material access failures.

Refund Window

You may contact us within 7 days of purchase if you cannot access the paid product, were charged by mistake, or believe the charge was unauthorized. We may decline refund requests after substantial use of paid content or after the access period has mostly elapsed.

How To Request A Refund

Email partners@theta.md with the account email, payment date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method where possible.

Chargebacks

If a payment is disputed or reversed, paid access may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
