Terms of Service
These terms apply to access to Theta Research digital research software and informational analysis operated by THETA RESEARCH LTD, company number 17298152.
Service Scope
Theta Research provides subscription software and proprietary editorial research based on public-company disclosures and industrial supply-chain relationships. Customers purchase access to digital software and content, not a financial product, managed account, brokerage service, investment fund, investment course, or account-information service. Theta Research does not accept or transmit trade orders, execute securities transactions, provide brokerage or custody services, manage customer funds, guarantee returns, sell investment courses, or sell bank, card, or brokerage-account information.
No Investment Advice
Theta Research is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, dealer, or portfolio manager. Content is provided for information and research workflow purposes only and must not be treated as personalized investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Theta Research does not guarantee investment outcomes or returns.
Access
Access is granted after payment confirmation. For Pro or Max purchases completed before 1 September 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET, access before that time is complimentary beta access. It does not reduce the purchased 30-, 90-, or 365-day Pro period or the purchased 30- or 365-day Max period. The purchased period begins on 1 September 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET. Access periods are time-limited and may be extended by additional purchases or successful subscription renewals. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, unlawful use, charge reversal, or attempts to bypass access controls.
Theta Max
Decision Desk access is provided with Pro purchases at no additional charge during the beta period through 31 August 2026 (ET). This complimentary access is not a permanent Pro entitlement. Theta Max is also available as a separately recorded 30-day purchase for £60 or a 365-day purchase for £576, which reflects a 20% discount from twelve monthly payments. Max currently shares the Pro access surface while adding the Max product commitments described on the Pricing page. The selected purchase mode, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and charged amount are displayed before payment in the purchase notice and the applicable checkout.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe or WeChat Pay, depending on the method selected. Available payment methods depend on provider configuration, customer location, currency, risk review, and payment-method availability. Card subscription prices recur at the monthly, three-month, or annual interval selected at checkout until canceled. One-time prepaid purchases, including WeChat Pay purchases, do not renew.
Subscription Cancellation
You can stop automatic renewal through the billing portal in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Stripe states otherwise, and no further renewal charge will be made after cancellation takes effect. Cancellation does not limit any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
Refunds
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable once the relevant paid access period begins. This does not affect statutory rights concerning unauthorized or duplicate charges, non-delivery, or a material failure to provide the service as described.
