Data We Process

We process account identifiers, email addresses, profile fields, authentication records, billing events, support messages, product usage events, and security logs. Payment card or wallet credentials are processed by Stripe or WeChat Pay and are not stored by Theta Research.

Portfolio Information

If you build a watchlist or portfolio, we store the tickers, positions, quantities, and related inputs you provide so we can generate your personalized views and briefings. You can view, edit, or delete this information at any time from your account.

Your watchlist and portfolio holdings are private to your account. We never sell them, and we never share them with other users or with third parties for their own purposes. The only automated processing of your holdings is what is required to generate your own views — and, if you choose to upload an image, to extract the holdings for you to confirm. We do not use your holdings for advertising.

Uploaded Images and Automated Analysis

Uploading an image is optional — you can always enter holdings manually. If you choose to upload an image (such as a screenshot of a brokerage account) to help set up your portfolio, it is processed by automated and third-party processing services solely to extract the holdings shown, and may be transmitted to and processed by providers located in other jurisdictions. Uploaded images are used only for this extraction, are processed transiently, and are not retained after processing. Only the holdings you review and confirm are saved, as Portfolio Information above.

Service Providers

We use service providers including Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe and WeChat Pay for payment processing, Vercel for hosting, automated processing services for optional image-based portfolio import, and email providers for account and support communications.

Your Choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some records may be retained where needed for security, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
